- They are stickers on a sort of metallic sticker stock.
- There are 15 different cards, with one, two, or three titles, for a total of 22 titles.
- All titles came from the 1st Series 2004.
- Some sets can be found in these plastic bags.
- They were called WPS for Wacky Packages Special Edition and were produced by "Vending Supply, Inc.".
- The vending machine header card is shown to the left.
- This series is somewhat difficult to find.
