The following chart shows the contents breakdown of the different wacky packages series.  Topps and OPC were notorious back in the 70's for their poor quality control, so it is not unlikely to find a pack with one sticker or sometimes even no stickers at all, only a checklist!  The table below summarizes what is usually found in a pack.

1. For all post 1977 series, except the 1979 test series and the album sticker series, checklists and puzzles were printed on the back of the stickers.
2. Except for certain 7th series packs (coded 0-455-85-01-4) which were produced without gum.
3. Only OPC series 2 and 4 unopened packs have been found, and they have 2 stickers and 1 checklist (and gum), presumably series 1 and 3 were the same.
4. When released in England, this series had 2 stickers and one checklist.  The green wrapper was also used in the U.S. to wrap an oddball variety of 1-16 stickers, often with mismatched stickers and checklists.
