Wacky Packages 1st Series Rerun 1979

In 1979 Topps decided to produce a series of reruns of the originals from 1973-1976.

This was the first of four rerun series released between 1979 and 1980.
Orignial Series 1 to 7 are represented in this series, with approximately 10 titles from each. The checklist is in order by series (except for number 41).

SCANS

The stickers are numbered on the front 1 to 66, and have checklists and puzzle pieces on the backs.

This is in contrast to all earlier series where the backs of the stickers were blank and they had separate cards for the checklists/puzzles.

Packs have six stickers and a piece of gum.
There are three different wrappers depending on the ad variation:

Wall Poster.
Ring Pop
Pop Bottle Candy

There are two variations of the box, one has a yellow price and the other has a black price.
This series has become notorious due to a large quantity of uncut sheets that turned up in 1999
